Whether you live in a newly constructed building or in Calvert
Hall first built in 1914, building systems need care, attention
and, sometimes, repairs. While most repair work will not disrupt
or inconvenience residents, some work affects building utilities
or may begin to interfere with residents� use of their building.
When known outages and work disruptions can affect residents,
we will list them on this web page.
The Outages & Disruptions link will show those known, future
events scheduled at least one full work day (Monday through
Friday) into the future. Systems which fail without our ability
to schedule repairs will not be listed on this web site. As
always, if you need additional information, call our staff at
x4-WORK.
Very shortly, you will also be able to check Terp TV UM Channel
76 for outage and disruption details that are scheduled three
or more full work days (Monday through Friday) in advance.
You may also check www.facilities.umd.edu/IOS/ for known interruptions
of services for all other campus buildings.
